A little about me….
It all started one summer (2014) with,
‘I wonder if I could sell cinnamon rolls at farmer’s market…”
Market was a wonderful starting point for me. I’ve learned by doing. Trial and so many errors!!
Every year, since that first market, I have added something new: Christmas cookies, Valentines gift boxes, cake pops, wedding cakes…. there’s seriously ALWAYS something new I want to try !!
My Business….
I’m known as the ‘girl who bakes’ to a lot of people, but I’m also mom. It’s actually my #1 job and I do baking to keep myself sane.
My husband and I have 5 kids and we homeschool.
Baking allows us to do more fun things with them that would be otherwise more challenging. But then it takes away time together cause, ‘mom is busy baking.’ Life is certainly a constant balancing act-I feel the constant tension of that. But I love my crazy busy life that we’ve built.
My Family….
I don’t have time for hobbies, silly. I’m a full time mom with a home based business! Ok well, if I make myself slow down I love to crochet, sing, be outside, and games with my family-but really…. hobbies ??
